Parachute Activities

End of games

When all the games for the day have been played, the players place the parachute on the ground.

They step back so that no part of their body is touching the parachute.

The players holds their arms out in front of them at chest height and they start to waggle their fingers.

The leaders asks the players to take in the biggest breath they can.

They then start waggling their tongues up and down and say, “La, la, la, la, la,” for as long as they can.

This enables the leader to step in and gather up the parachute and take it away.

The players will probably go on saying, “La, la.” long after the parachute has disappeared.
