Welcome to @school. We make it easy for children, teachers and parents to explore the World Wide Web and make the most of its rich source of nursery and primary level educational material.
@school has been developed with both inexperienced and frequent Internet users in mind. So whether you are an Internet wizard or you have never logged on in your life @school will help you to help children use the Internet for education at school or in the Location.
Ideal for ages 4 right up to 13, @school has been carefully designed to give children the confidence they need to use the Internet as part of their education in an absorbing, fun way.
After breaking each subject down into sub sections, we offer a comprehensive choice of links and interactive activities on the Internet which relate to each individual sub section. Whichever aspect of a subject a child wishes to learn about, pertinent and high quality information is just a click away.
A play area has also been created so children can explore other areas of the Internet, including fun sites and online games galore.
What's more, @school can help teachers and parents discover links to a whole host of sites where they can access valuable resources and information.

Andrew Whiteman
Educational Director
Andrew is an experienced IT professional and qualified teacher. He is one of the UK's leading experts on the development of internet software for Primary education and, in 1998, was commended by Sheffield's City Achievement Strategy for his implementation of the Government IT policy in 180 local schools.
Andrew has identified an urgent demand within the primary sector for internet resources that are specifically related to the National Curriculum and are useful to both teachers and pupils alike. This demand can only be met by experts, such as Andrew, who truly understands the teacher and pupil's perspective.

Marketing Director
Simon is an accomplished marketing manager with 10 years experience in sales and advertising. As an Account Director for the award-winning agency Paradigm Network Ltd, Simon successfully launched and promoted many top brands including Travis Perkins PLC, American Golf Discount and Lightwork Design PLC.
A skilled media and communications manager, Simon has created and implemented new branding initiatives, promotions, direct mail campaigns, product/service launches and national advertising and PR campaigns in the print and broadcast media.

Roger Billing
Chairman
Roger has an extensive background in engineering and IT businesses. He founded Servo Computer Services plc, an IT systems integrator and maintenance company in 1979 and led the company through a period of rapid growth and development throughout the UK during the 80's and early 90's. The company employed 150 staff with a turnover of £17M when he sold his majority shareholding in 1994.
An experienced marketeer with extensive management experience, Roger has several directorships to his name. He has been actively involved with @school since its inception and takes part in @school's operation in a semi-executive role.
