Rocking Hammock

The parachute is folded in half, and then half again. Depending on the size of the parachute it might need to be folded a third time.

This then will form a hammock about one metre wide.

A volunteer lies in the centre of the hammock, and is gently rocked by several players at either end.

The leader must decide how many players are need for this.

The players holding the hammock must be strong enough to keep the volunteer from banging their back on the ground.

Use gym mats if they are available.
