The players are divided into teams. The parachute lies flat on the floor.

One team goes onto the parachute and spread themselves all over the parachute. They may not leave their chosen spot and one foot must always be on the ground.

The leader throws a balloon into the air from the edge of the parachute. The players on the parachute must keep the balloon in the air passing it from one to the other.

The game ends if the balloon hits the floor or goes out of the area covered by the parachute.

The time is taken from the first time a team member hits the balloon to the time the balloon falls to the ground.

The next team goes onto the parachute and their time is worked out.

The team that keeps the balloon in the air longest is the winner.
